Clear delivery times for every item

Delivery timing depends on who fulfils the item. The fulfilment route is set by the product vendor and is not changed at checkout.

UK delivery

• HERCXLES-packed items: next working day delivery.
• Partner-fulfilled items: 3–5 working days.
• Mixed orders: items may arrive in separate parcels.
• UK shipping is £3.99, or free when your order is over £75.

Tracking is emailed automatically when each parcel is dispatched. There is no need to contact us for routine tracking updates.

International delivery

International delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout for the selected destination. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.

Returns

Returns are available within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Exchanges are available up to 30 days. See our returns and refund policy for full terms.
